  • Listeners are independent users who engage with Venters for support sessions. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of SVonComs Ltd T/A Venters Venting.
     

  • Both Listeners and Venters are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their interactions. However, Venters Venting cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality in all cases.
     

Call and Chat Data

  • Content from calls and chats is not monitored unless flagged for safety or terms violations. In such cases, data may be reviewed to ensure compliance with our Terms of Service and applicable laws.

Where We Store Your Personal Data

We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) to store data securely on EU servers. Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and processed by staff operating outside the EEA, including in the United Kingdom. By submitting personal data, you consent to this transfer, and we will take the necessary steps to protect your data in compliance with this Privacy Policy.

Managing And Deleting Your Information

We retain data only as needed for service provision or until your account is deleted. Posts, comments, and images can be deleted directly in-app, or you may use the "Delete Account" feature, which will remove data from our servers within 14 working days.
 

Policies Concerning Minors

The Venters Venting App is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from those under the age of 18 years old, and accounts found to belong to anyone under the age of 18 years old will be terminated.
 

Crisis Situations

Venters Venting is not intended for emergencies. Calls or chats flagged as crisis-related may be terminated, and users will be advised to contact emergency services (e.g., 999 or 112).
 

Global Operations​

Information controlled by SVonComs Ltd T/A Venters Venting is stored in the EU but may be processed in the UK or other countries in compliance with data privacy laws. Data transfers follow EU and UK adequacy standards.
